Let's see Brazil can put a whole new field into production in 3 years...and our frigging fearless leaders tell us it can't be done in less than 10 here at home. The same country who put men on the moon in less than 10! I'm so sick of their defeatist apologetic BS...it makes my head explode!

Because we have handed the keys to our future to a gang of Leftist judges for safekeeping. America will not advance again until the power of the judicial branch is restricted to its original Constitutional scope.

I heard something on Rush yesterday that I hadn't thought of before...which I think explains the dim’s numbers...it's that the regulatory process that the environazis have managed to get put in place stretches things out to that time frame. Because of all the lawsuits they bring during the permitting process and the fact that sympathetic judges - to the environazis - sit on their @sses and refuse to process things in a timely matter.

Let's see Brazil can put a whole new field into production in 3 years That's three years from the completion of the analysis of 15 exploratory wells, only 8 of which produced enough oil to evaluate. The announcement in 2007 of the field had many years working up to it.
