It is not up to the Federal Govt to enforce the rules and the regulation of IOC. I never said she should be pardoned and I never said she should not do community service. She has spent time in a joke of a facility at tax payer’s expense, which she will be released from com September. She will always have this record and she should serve a more useful purpose to society other than spending time at a federal medical facility. She is not a violent offender.

"It is not up to the Federal Govt to enforce the rules and the regulation of IOC."

WAKE UP - SMELL the Coffee.

The charges against her were for LYING UNDER OATH to two grand juries, one impaneled to investigate the BALCO "designer steroid" ring, and the other impaneled to investigate a check fraud ring involving many of the same parties from the BALCO case...........NOT breaking the rules of the IOC.

In my court, the skank would remain in jail until her "admirers" could raise the several million dollars it would take to compensate the TRUE winners of the medals this skank cheated to win.

The skank is NOT entitled to a "Pardon", "Commutation" or ANY reduction of her already silly sentence..

Her name should ALWAYS be smeared by her crimes...
The record books should be purged of her name.
The other Athletes should be compensated for her fraud.
