Well, clearly we disagree over the severity of CHEATING in an OLYMPIC sport -— involving HONOR among AMATEURS...in the spirit of the original Greek games..

The games have already been bastardized by commercial interests — lets not compound the problem by “forgiving” cheats.

To forgive her - would be another lowering of standards to include those who don’t belong in the sport or out of prison. The OIC decided she SHOULD be punished and ordered the return of all medals from Jones and the TEAM members who ran with her.... She has also been ordered to return all prize money....

THEN — how about the Check Scam to which this skank also pleaded guilty?
Should she avoid prison for stealing from folks?

First, she steals glory and millions in endorsements from the TRUE winners of the Medals -— then, still too lazy or arrogant to get a job, she steals directly from strangers with her check scam.

Sorry......She is a no class skank and has lived far above her true station in life. A leach.... A thief...and a Liar before a Federal Grand Jury.

I honestly could not care less about people who cheat at privately-sanctioned sporting events, at least in the sense that the government should be the supreme governing body for any major sport. There is already a private governing body for Ms. Jones' sport, and Ms. Jones should have been punished for cheating by that authority alone without the government getting involved.

THEN — how about the Check Scam to which this skank also pleaded guilty?

Since that's a real crime with actual victims, then by all means she should be punished by the government for this crime. But cheating at sports? Sure it is dishonorable, but the government, in my opinion, has more important things to deal with than that.
