I have to admit that the names did not help much.

However, Googling the names yielded a hit that shows that one of the Evans, Anthony Gildersleeve and Terry Arnold were all black males with prior records:

Arrested: Mister Evans, Anthony Gildersleeve and Terry Arnold, all black males, 25, 19 and 21 years old with 11, 14 and 9 CAPRS.

I think MplsSteve was taking about some of their first names like Devondre and Darris. Does that clear the picture up a bit?
