This is clearly anti-social behavior, and anyone who was participating in it should be given the death penalty.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that it is unconstitutional to give the death penalty to someone who kidnaps and rapes a child, regardless of the circumstances, if the victim lives. So there is no chance of the death penalty being allowed under these circumstances.

I'm for deporting them to Iraq. Drop them off in the desert somewhere with no money or ID and let them walk home.

I’d agree to your punishment too. But, just because the supreme court decided it was cruel and unusual doesn’t mean they’re right. If we would use the death penalty when appropriate we could cut our prison population down to a reasonable number AND get teh worst of the worst out of our hair.
