That would be close, except to “panzify” implies the homosexualization of said “panzy”

To “poncify” is slightly more pejorative: it means to make a “ponce” out of. A fop. A player-with of dolls.

Noun: ponce póns
Usage: Brit, vulgar

1. A man who is effeminate in his manner and fussy in the way he dresses

2. Someone who procures customers for whores
- pimp, procurer, panderer, pander [archaic], pandar

Hence, to “poncify” does not necessarily imply homosexualization of said “ponce” — it is sufficient that they merely be effeminate to be the subject of well-earned derision.
