In truth, the Australians have taken BritSlang and turned it into a fine art. Particularly Cockney rhyming slang. Hence, a “Noah” is a shark (Noah’s Ark = Shark). “Plates” are feet (Plates of Meat = feet)... &tc the list goes on and on.

If you instead want to master the fine art of vulgar language, nobody but nobody does it better than the Quebecois. They have entire categories of swear that Anglophones have not yet even conceived of. And they can be strung together one-after-the-other: they could write an entire novel-length cuss in this manner.
