National Black Pro-Life Union points out that Obama's views on abortion are similar to Margaret Sanger, whose goal was to eliminate the Black population:

All 10 of them?
“Margaret Sanger, whose goal was to eliminate the Black population:”
Old Goebbels was right.
“All 10 of them?”
What’s that supposed to mean?
How many members do you think this group has?
“How many members do you think this group has?”
I thought that’s what you meant.
Why don’t you do a little research....you can answer your own question.
“Why dont you do a little research....you can answer your own question.”
Always good advice.
From their homepage:
“ABORTION IS THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF AFRICAN AMERICANS!!!”
No, the women who voluntarily go to abortion doctors and pay them for abortions are the killers. People hold responsibility, not procedures.
“Fred Olandeinde, Democracy for Africa
Arnold M. Culbreath, Protecting Black Life”
Nice priorities for these Board Members.
Planned Parenthoods endorsement of Barack Obama reminds me of a quote from Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, on the logistics of how she wanted to wipe out the black population: , We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We dont want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.
Without that bogus, out of context snippet, the black pro-life movement would be less than half of what it is today, which is not saying much. Here’s the full quote from her letter:
“The ministers work is also important and he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”
She was concerned with being an outsider in the community. The goal she wanted to reach was reduced poverty for minority women by allowing them the ability to control their number of offspring. Many, many Americans follow this practice through birth control to this day. If you can’t afford a baby, get on birth control.
My problems with these types of groups is not their goal but their methodolgy. They lie, distort, and fabricate because without a racial element to it, many blacks would not otherwise be interested in it being pointed out to them that black women CHOOSE to abort babies at very high rates. Nope, gotta blame it on some cracker lady from 100 years ago.
If you are in a black organization that sustains itself from donations, you better whip up a racial component or you will go broke.
As for Margaret Sanger, she was just another stupid misguided liberal, little different from today’s “progressive”.
You should have taken my advice.
Sounds like you have some issues.
Why don’t you just tell us how many members they have since the website doesn’t say?
What specifically is your problem? People of color or pro-lifers?
Neither.
“Neither.”
I see, so your original comment regarding the black pro-life union was made out of sheer ignorance?
No, it appears they basically have no members... and you have had like 10 opportunities to prove me wrong, yet for some reason you refuse to do so.
You’re confusing the advisory board with membership.
You’re not understanding the concepts of union, clearing house etc.
You didn’t read the mission statement.
