I don't speak troll, but here's a wild guess.
In Spanish, pedo means "fart." "Hile" sounds reminiscent of "Heil, Hitler." So maybe, in DUmmieland, they think Rush is a flatulent goosestepper.
Actually, that's exactly what they say about him in DUmmieland.

I regret I was not here to mock you prior to your zot. Unfortunately I was at scout camp teaching the next generation of young Midwestern men the timeless values of the Scout Law. You know, the sort of values that would prevent someone from posting silly, libelous garbage about someone on a web forum. These are values that a lib like you would probably recoil from in horror, or worse, attribute to some scumbag who doesn’t actually practice any of them, like Bill Clinton or Nancy Pelosi.
Since Rush Limbaugh, while not perfect, is a good and decent man and a great American, let me courteously invite you to cram your opinion in whatever orifice it is that your species traditionally crams things in.
