If that’s the way were doing it now, I’ve got one. A friend, who worked with the people who took the first Mrs. McCain into their home after her accident when she had NO one to care for her, told quite a different story.

Let me get this straight you are blaming John McCain because he was not there to take care of her?

Agreed. An ethical person “gets on with life” after mourning a spouses’s death.

He doesn’t dump her because she’s become a hassle.

It’s been reported by several that she wanted the divorce because of a disability. I know that happens.

I happen to be disabled myself. So I can, in some strange way, understand how maybe this woman really may not want the stress of being a senator’s wife or even a wife. Sitting at home in her own personal spa, watching perhaps a waterfall in her gardens with a cook, maid, and assistant to help out - you know, I can understand it.

I have no idea if that’s how she lives, but believe me, if my ex married a major heiress, that’s how I would.
