It’s the leaves and wearing them talk.
Sorry about that.
See you later on.

Sounds like a unique way to torment someone to me.
I might have to try it.

If Canada had a Benjamin Franklin, he would have said.....
“Beer, and Poutine, are proof that God loves us, and wants us to be happy”

I would have said that explosions are proof that God loves us, but that’s my bias as a former artilleryman speaking.

Maybe the internet is proof that God loves us, and wants us to be free.

Cheese curds, bean curds, what’s the difference? I’ll grant that your countrymen are not as gross as the French who put mayonnaise on fries, but the ONLY acceptable condiment for fries is ketchup!

Perhaps.
Will take some thought on that.
And splosions.

Ketchup?
Certainly, if you don’t have any cheese curds and warm brown gravy to pour over them.
I used to dress them with salt, vinegar, and ketchup when I was young.
The only time I have been exposed to fries with mayonnaise, was at stop at a MacDonalds on I-95, in the early 90’s, Georgia or S.C, I believe, and all they offered was mayo, no ketchup.
She said...”What? Ketchup? For your fries???”

I’m back.
Had to shut down the confuser, though, as we had a hellatious T-storm come through and park for nearly an hour.
It was raining so hard, water was spilling out over the sides of the rain gutters in sheets.
Flash floods up next! (I’m glad I live on a hill!)

It poured on us at 5:00 o’clock as we were tearing down the shelters from the Folk Society get-together. We drove out from under the storm coming home, but now it’s almost here!

I’ll try to watch the local news tonight but may not be able to. If not, the morning news will have all the gory details.
Stupidity abounds. The Regional Flood Control Commission has been issuing warnings and airing commercials for the last two weeks. Some folks just don’t listen.
I’ll be waiting to see how many people have to get rescued...
