Have you considered that it is not just the shellfish or the dairy but a combination of these two that you are allergic to?
They digest at different rates in the body, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve waited before ingesting the other.
Remember: 14 hours from mouth to rectum!!!

It depends on what you are eating.

In all, the movement of food through the entire length of the alimentary tract takes from 15 to 30 hours, with the majority of that time being taken up by activity in the colon. Food generally spends about three to five hours in the stomach, another four to five hours in the small intestine, and between five and 25 hours in the large intestine.

It amazes me that so many people will eat lunch and two hours later blame the flatulence on what they ate for lunch.
