I’d drop the kid off with her suitcase on the judge’s doorstep. That ruling is insane.

The ex-wife, in a custody dispute took the father to court.
The daughter didn’t win.
The ex-wife/mother did.

When government gets involved with parenting that’s not a bad idea.

In the US, the CPS would trump up an abuse charge and put the father in prison.

This blows my mind. I can’t even come up with words. Or even what I’d do in such a situation.

Sure you can go on the trip but when you come back your stuff is going to be on the curb in a box.

It’s fun to laugh at Canada’s silly tribunals but, in reality, it’s really very scary.

Id drop the kid off with her suitcase on the judges doorstep. That ruling is insane. Better yet, sue the judge for child support based on the judge's insertion of herself into the parenting decisions for the child and for the ongoing increase in expenses that will result.
To: Clint N. Suhks
Just as crazy rulings have been made by judges in this country also. And it will get far worse until we find ourself in a dictatorship of judges.

Father should renounce and sign away his parental rights and change daughter’s birth certificate naming the judge as father....no matter what the judge’s sex....

I’m afraid by daughter would be looking for a new home if she sued us over something like this. And people wonder why this generation is so snotty and spoiled.

Why should a child listen to their parents when they know going to Court is an option.
