Leave out the space after "<", otherwise like this:

Jim Rob doesn't have the budget to host your snapshots ;)

Example:

without the space after < produces this:

Jim Robinson has always said to add the width and height because the thread will load up faster. I do it like this.

You can avoid having to put those spaces around < characters in such replies by typing in the four characters:
&lt;
instead of the single < character. Such details as that can really help those who are trying to figure this stuff out. The lt in there stands for Less-Than.
