Yeah, sorta. I’m a foreigner, so I don’t fully appreciate the intricate maneuvers that would have been involved in his selection as an appropriate POTUS candidate. From here, it seems improbable at best that he is the top Democrat candidate, the very best the DEMS could offer up.
That said, there is a pungent pong about the man that entirely fails the sniff test.
Recent North American example? Kim Campbell, Canada’s first (unelected) female Prime Minister. Nearly everything she said about herself was a lie. And when she wasn’t busy telling fibs, she occupied her time alienating perfectly-good Conservative Canadian voters for no good reason.
Once she rose to the very pinnacle of Canadian politics, despite the pong. Dunno what she’s doing now...
Barak has the Kim Campbell smell about him. It just ain’t right: like a tin of tuna that has been left in the sun a bit too long. It looks fine, but give it a whiff and there’s the pong that ought to tell you DO NOT PARTAKE.
Salmonella will be the least of yer worries if he is ever elected POTUS. Alarm bells ought to be ringing big-time.
