Please forgive the dumb question: I download all those files? While you’re formulating your answer (I’m expecting something along the lines of “YES, DUMMY! SHEESH!”) I’m getting a blank CD and formatting it for burning the files onto it.

Another question:

I have two types of disks: a music CD and a DVD-R? Are either or both of those the right type for this data or do I need to go get another type?

Johnny, The lights on the computer come on, things whirr around, but the screen remains black. After a while, the lights blink, it tries again, but still black. It does this one or two more times and then quits trying to boot up.

This is with the knoppix iso disk and without. No difference.

How did they get the thing going in Papua?
