I find it amazing that cable companies continue to act in such a way as to give out lottery wins to disgruntled customers.
I forget, are lawyers still more hated than cable companies, or has it finally happened that lawyers have the ability to say “Well, at least we’re not them.”

She sends a check that is clearly intended as a joke and then is offended when they publish her 'joke'?
Did they blot out the numbers? What's her complaint?

Actually, if this woman wants to play hardball with lawsuits, she'd better watch herself. Comcast can attempt to cash the check, which of course no bank will pay, then file a Federal complaint against her for mail fraud (most checks are deliverd for clearing or return via US mail, and courts have ruled that mail fraud statutes apply in this sort of situation many times).
Can't imagine this woman wants any part of that charge, can you?
