LOL When there is a feeding frenzy there’s no telling who will get bit. Sounds like a RICO investigation is in order not to mention some real ethics scrutiny. Perhaps it is time to say that lawyers cannot police themselves.

I think that Wyss was gambling that he could steer the law suit away from himself, but the other lawyers caught on. They had no professional courtesy : )
