This may offend some, but let's be honest. America is about everyone, true, but the reason we had a national identity and prosperity beyond imagination was because of Europeans.
Everyone "helped" on the sidelines, but our ancestors did the heavy lifting and had the imagination to make it work.
I am not aplogizing for not kow-towing to 3rd Worlders, to kids with pants around their butts and polka music at 4 AM...

Yes. The U.S. was established by people who fled the megalomaniac kings, corrupt aristocrats, and entrenched priestly castes of Europe. Now many immigrants come to bring Old World statism, corruption, and satanic religion with them.
