My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

For the last couple of days I’ve a kidney stone going on. I’m trying to reason with it to be still and keep quiet.
Today was gorgeous. It still is 70 fairly dry degrees at 10:30. I could have this 24 months a year.

Yes, I agree -if the weather would stay like this, however, it ain’t going to.
Sorry about the kidney stone, dang.
To: Soaring Feather
It is in the kidney so there is a chance it could settle down and stop bothering me for a while (months). If it keeps going, ouch more.
If I knew about my whole body like I know the kidney stone routine it would be freaky. What if I found out there were rocks in my head?

Well, rocks in the head may be something to ponder, but I doubt there are any there. That does not mean you are an empty head, just that you do not have rocks in the head.

Rest well everyone.
To: Lady Jag
Sorry to hear about your stone but as once on a Beattles album cover “All things must pass”. Have you tried the laser in the swimming pool routine? Get well.
To: Soaring Feather
Good night Soaring Feather. Rest well.
To: NY Attitude
Yeah, doesn’t work for me.
Did you know that was invented for (or by) the Navy?

Sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. No, I didn’t know about the Navy thing. Kidney stones are no fun.

Good morning, everyone.
- Emily Dickinson, A Something in a Summer's Day
"A something in a summer's Day
As slow her flambeaux burn away
Which solemnizes me.
A something in a summer's noon --
A depth -- an Azure -- a perfume --
Transcending ecstasy.
And still within a summer's night
A something so transporting bright
I clap my hands to see --
Then veil my too inspecting face
Lets such a subtle -- shimmering grace
Flutter too far for me --
The wizard fingers never rest --
The purple brook within the breast
Still chafes it narrow bed --
Still rears the East her amber Flag --
Guides still the sun along the Crag
His Caravan of Red --
So looking on -- the night -- the morn
Conclude the wonder gay --
And I meet, coming thro' the dews
Another summer's Day!"
