I haven't cared a thing about Idol the last two years. Watched it off and on but didn't really care who won. Taylor's cd wasn't promoted by the label, didn't get radio play, but performing live is where he shines, and he had two successful tours last year. He's been on TV several times, and has been included in several celebrity golf tournaments & sports events, where he
doesn't sing, but is one of the 'celebrities' asked to appear and charity benefits where he
does perform. It's not all about radio play or album sales numbers. :)
Anyway, this is one of his Pre-Idol songs he wrote - I love the instrumentals and the beat about as much as the vocals. Thought you might enjoy it. It will probably be on the cd of early works being released in August.

I like it a lot, Billie! The only thing I found was the music is overpowering the strength in his voice. Maybe when the new c.d. comes out it will be so much better....was this recorded in his 'pre-idol' days? If so it could be the recording studio, etc. and things are so good today to let us hear more of the voice....the beat was great though. Its surprising what folks in this great big country of ours have in common...LOL~~~
