You can carry practically anywhere in NV as long as you have a CCW permit that Nevada honors.

Exceptions are airport *buildings*, Federal buildings, any building with a metal detector at all entrances, courthouses, prisons, jails, police stations, and schools/colleges (without authorization).

Everywhere else, you're legal. Private property can post signs prohibiting CC on their premises, but you're only obligated to leave if they ask you to vacate the premises.
