Just curious are you running AVG 7.5 or 8.0 Security Package? The one that some seem to have issue with is the new AVG 8.0.
I purchased the 7.5 and they offered the upgraded to 8 for free. It is the Internet Security 8 version. I like it and have had no problems. I have 2 computers so I purchased the 3-license one—can’t remember cost maybe $80.
