Could you arrange blue and red stones in the water or at the base of the fountain?

I was thinking of using those. I like that idea very much. No, I haven’t yet googled images. I’ve googled the main page for just plain ideas. I’m thinking perhaps something with a clear base.

I did see an idea of using stained glass paint in red, white and blue on larger glasses and putting candles in them for each table.
