If Janet Reno were in charge, there would be no homes to which they could return.

Some vindication, but I’m not so sure Fox is right about the court’s commentary. They just commented about due process, not that the kids should return. I bet the CPS will keep the kids bogged down in the courts.

me too- they went in and grabbed children away from their mothers on the basis of a mysterious phone call

do an investigation, of course, but unless you see imminent danger you dont take children away.

I was a VICTIM of this idiocy- in my divorce the court appointed doctor said my ex was so mentally ill she should not even be allowed overnight visitation.

She called CPS and on nothing more than HER SAY SO they tried to take children from me and GAVE THEM BACK TO THE MENTALLY ILL WOMAN

I see that already many FReepers are celebrating that the child rape & pregnancy factory is back in business. I’m sure the pre-teen girls of the FLDS are thrilled that their spiritual husbands are well rested and ready to pounce on them as soon as they are returned to the temple.

So the incest, rape, polygamy and mind control folks won.
Not a good day for the children.

If these people were guilty of a crime, the Texas Rangers and CPS and Governor have so polluted the legal process that any case would be tossed.
