From my experience, it might have been either a floor director (or in a market like NY, some wayward stage hand) or maybe a producer or director talking in her IFB, among many others...but on-air “talent” as we have all found out from the general demeanor of the drive-bys they all have their own tempers and egos...some worse than others.
