Great pic.
I don’t know about squirrels, but last year our neighbor had a woodchuck that would have fed a family of 6. The big guy would just sit upright on the lawn, watching the world go by.

I’ve had woodchuck during survival school training... it was awful tasting. Maybe we shoulda gutted it.
