"It is wonderful to be back in Oregon," Obama said. "Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it."

Have you ever noticed when he is called on to answer questions he hasn’t prepared for his replies are filled with “uh”s...and when he is speaking a prepared speech there isn’t an “uh” during the entire speech?

No! Apples and oranges! And yes, I read your link!

Saying stuff like that doesn’t concern me. It doesn’t make me doubt Bush’s love of country. It doesn’t make me doubt his INTENTIONS!

At least George Bush loves and served his country!
At least George Bush is a patriot!
At least George Bush had a plan when he took office - none of this “change” business!

It’s the entire package. This one thing. This one simple thing - not knowing how many states there are in the country Obama wants to lead?

He doesn’t love and care for this country enough to know how many states there are?!! Again - as I said; LOOK at the video. He had to THINK about it a second before he came off with the ‘57’! Does he know the principles on which the country was founded? Does he know at least the first five presidents?

If he doesn’t love this country enough to know the simplest things about it, then he has no right to be president.

I guess they don’t teach things like that in the madrassa! And he certainly didn’t learn any love for this country at his “church”!

Obamaments (obama + moments):

“Marking the anniversary of the March 1965 “Bloody Sunday” in Selma, Ala., Obama, speaking at a church, said his parents got together “because of what happened in Selma.” Obama was born in 1961.

• Obama told Larry King on CNN — asked about that anti-Hillary Rodham Clinton YouTube ad, a doctored version of a spot created for Apple computers — “We don't have the technical capacity to create something like that.”

Obama did not know what he was talking about. Any professional media consultant can manipulate images on video. Turns out the creator — unmasked last week as a political operative who worked for a firm overseeing the technical side of Obama’s Web site — made it at home on a Mac.

• The Tribune dug this up: Obama, in his memoir, Dreams of My Father, writes of a story in Life magazine that influenced him — about a black man trying to bleach his skin white. No such article could be found in Life or Ebony.

RICHMOND, Va. — Barack Obama, caught up in the fervor of a campaign speech Tuesday, drastically overstated the Kansas tornadoes death toll, saying 10,000 had died.

The death toll was 12.

“In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died — an entire town destroyed,” the Democratic presidential candidate said in a speech to 500 people packed into a sweltering Richmond art studio for a fund raiser.

Obama mentioned the disaster in Greensburg, Kan., in saying he had been told by the office of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius that the state's National Guard had been depleted by its commitment to the Iraq War.

“Turns out that the National Guard in Kansas only had 40 percent of its equipment and they are having to slow down the recovery process in Kansas,” Obama said, his shirt sleeves rolled up and his head glistening with sweat.”

I just looked at the video. He paused to think about "seven" (one more plus Alaska and Hawaii), after mistakenly saying 50 rather than 40. This is nothing more than the amusing crap Bush and every president before him stumbles over. Have fun with it if you like, but don't expect to be taken seriously.

My gawd the man is a buffoon.”

Another grand example of how much real education anyone gets in the Union driven teacher system today.

He sure is proving that he isn’t smarter than a 5th grader, isn’t he?

President of the USA?
Forget his color—forget he is Muslim- He is just plain stupid.
I don’t think so.

John Sidney has been doing an excellent job — of covering for Obama. I think he could be a closet Oprah’s Obama supporter. He acts that way anyhow.
