I learned to do a lot when I was single. It was a challenge.

Came in handy when I married my FReeper husband. We just bought a house and are redoing EVERYTHING.

We can now install level cabinets, lay engineered hardword floors and install appliances.

Still have yet to figure out how to deal with horribly crooked bulkheads and ceilings though babe...

Sounds good I wish I was a bit more practical I can do certain amount of painting but I am no good with heights so wall papering or painting a ceiling is out and also only being 5’2” also limits certain tasks.

what a neat idea for a thread Eleanor! Glad you & others have kept the doors open for participation. Some new & some familiar (wont say old) screennames!

Rocky & Hoody.. great to see you. wondering how you have been.

I am attracted to men who can fix things/problem solve etc. My dad was extremely handy with projects etc. I dont think every man is gifted with DIY skills any more than every woman is skilled with cooking/domestic skills.

crashing early. Life has been complicated the past.. well, a LONG time..
