Remember, the prospective nomimee was born in 1936. Let's see ...scribble..cipher..scribble... He would have turned 16 in 1952, and 18 in 1954. So even the Beach Boys are way beyond his time.

Maybe "Johnny Be Good", "Don't Be Cruel", "Why Don't You Do Right?", "Big Spender", "Fever", "Heartbreak Hotel", "All Shook Up", "Maybellene" "Charlie Brown", "Splish Splash", and other tunes of his era. Maybe some nice Sinatra or Dean Martin stuff?

Or one he'd surely like, "The Rebel-Johnny Yuma"?

And since he's a retired Squid, "Anchors Aweigh".

My understanding is the entertainment is for those attending. It’s pricey to go, so most attending are from age 40-80, so it would make sense to me that they choose someone that’s gonna appeal to that crowd. That’s why some of these new bands, in my opinion, wouldn’t necessarily be crowd pleasers.
