Been in the kitchen, but listening. I had to go look at the interview with 'Mom' Sadler...."Did you guys fight?"...."Naw, she wouldn't let us. So we'd wait until she left then go at it again."....lol.
I did not know she had cancer.......prayers for the Sadler Family.
Some really cool interviews for Mom's Day!
After the interview with Kyle Busch, Spencer and the boys throwing out packs of M&M's to the crowd......I said, "those guys better duck, they might be coming back!"....
My boy (serious Jr fan) says, "Are you kidding me? Those are M&M's, dude! You don't throw those back!" lol
Minor menu change........
>1 tablespoon hot chili oil
>1 cup cooked Yukon gold potatoes
>2 minced garlic cloves
>1 teaspoon chili powder
>1 teaspoon ground cumin
>1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
>Heat hot chili oil in a large skillet over medium-high
>heat. When oil is hot, add the potatoes. Stir in the
>garlic cloves, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
>Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until crispy.
I'm thinking the beverage side may have to be increased...just a tad.
Love the new TV so far, family does, too. Baby Girl says Sponge Bob and Patrick have never looked so 'awesome'........
sigh...........

Howdy budman, WCG, and all!
Will hopefully be here most of the race, but have to provide chaperon and chauffeur services in about an hour for a while. Of course, that means I'll probably miss the most exciting events during that forty minute or so span. You see, it's prom night here... & could be a long night.

thanks very much Wneighbor. appreciate the kind thought and the prayers.
It is a big & special night for these kids and the end of a high school era. It's also a first tux, corsage for the girl, dinner at a beautiful place with a view, dancing and a late, late night.

One of my favorite scenes in the movie DALE. I’m so happy that they put that in the movie.

Having a couple of thick filet mignons this evening, on the grill with hickory smoke -- which is rare for us (hey, get it???); couldn't resist at Costco. potatoes, small salad with Trader Joe's blue cheese dressing.
And after my chauffeur duties, a Larios Indigo gin martini with two olives, please.
