I just tripped and sprained my left wrist. I now have it in a wrist brace. How did I have a wrist brace so handy, you ask? I had sprained the same wrist earlier and still have the brace available. Clumsy, clumsy, clumsy.
What’s up with THAT? How did you trip? Outside on the trails? Getting off or on your BIKE? Rushing around somewhere?

I completely understand about the brace; my crutches were in a closet from last year when I broke my ankle this year! I've got all kinds of equipment arond. But I must admit, PT is really helping!
