Well, I’m younger than you are, and I know I don’t have the endurance I used to... particularly in the heat.
Good evening... did chores today... went to the dump, mowed, that kind of thing. Tomorrow we’re going up to the beach house. :~)
I love the location of the beach house! When we go down to MS in August, I’ll have to take pictures of my family’s Fish Camp. It’s a lovely place, and one of my favorite spots is at the top of the hill next to the boat ramp, under three HUGH oak trees. Even on the hottest day, you can sit there comfortably, because there’s almost always a breeze off the water. And if there isn’t a natural breeze, you can make one for yourself with a fan! It’s a great place to be when a storm is coming, because you can literally watch the rain coming toward you, across the water, then run like heck to beat the rain to the cabin, which is only about 100’ away!
