The 3/8” group was with 55gr PSP... with a 1-in-10 twist, I wouldn’t expect it to remain stable beyond 300 yds... the other, even tighter group was with 62 gr BTHPs...
Itsuh 20” Wilson Combat bbl, turned by Bill Wilson himself from a blank after muh gunsmith told him about me, and my need for an sooper accurate bbl fer an EBR... Wilson is going b@lls-to-the-wall crankin’ out 1-in-9 bbls fer the sandbox, so it was askin’ alot...

And we are seeking a convenient CCW class ...

You know, of course, that you're making me green with accuracy envy. Other than plinking away at 50 yards on an indoor range, I won't be able to try any serious shooting until my AI arrives in September, and I join the Port Huron club with the 600 yard range. And maybe not even then.
My buddy, who's getting the identical type rifle, said to wait until the SHOT Show in January 2009, which he's going to do. He says he can get great deals there on the Schmidt u Bender 12-50 scope this rifle was made for. I could buy the same scope now, but the best deal I could get would still cost me more than my DPMS SASS cost.
