Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
Oh my, that doesn’t look good!
I can see it on craigslist now: "Brand new Airbus 340. Zero flight hours, just a few seconds of taxi testing. A few scratches and dents, but makes a great project for the real handyman."
LOL! He's gonna need a big a$$ workshop!
Oh, gee whiz...
I piled them all on ecurbh a bit a go... there were kittens crawling all over the place...
Ack! The tiger lost its head!
How’d they do during the night? Have the black ones figured out how to eat yet?
None of them have eaten what I would consider “enough”, but I keep sticking their faces in it... they’re close to eating, and they’re not crying. Right now they’re in a big pile gnawing on each other. ;~)
Feel free to come over and play with them whenever you wish!
OK...
Maybe I’ll stop by and see ‘em later this morning, see if they’re awake this time. ;-)
Off to get coffee and run errands...
Afternoon Hair - looks like you did a great job of ‘cat-trapping’ ecurbh. Those are really cute kittens. Very nice color assortment. We appreciate the pics. OB & LSA
Although there are several shows we watch, LOST is the one we don’t want to miss. Friday morning donut club at work focuses on LOST most of the time. Most of the section watches it.
Well, you won’t be alone, there is a Collector’s Club that focuses on the M-1 Garand Rifle. There is usually a display of M-1s at the MVACA July Gun Show. IIRC, the group is based in N. KC Mo area. Quite a dedicated group. You can find the display pretty easily, they have one of those cutaway wood M-1s that’s about 8 feet long. I recall one hanging in the front of the ROTC classroom. There was the M-14 one in the other classroom.
Is this a beautiful day or what? We did some caulking and general yard puttering, plan more puttering after lunch.
I’ve been out trimming the verge and mulching under tulips and daffodils. Since I didn’t get Luke lunch until after 5:00 last Saturday, thought I’d come in and to a bit better...
Must have worked because they ran around like CRAZY afterwards! They're all over the place once they get fueled up! They played hard for about 30 minutes in the crate, then had a nap.
What are they up to right now?
Back from errands. Was thinking about running over there for a sec...
Is the mama cat still around?
*snicker*
Just to look!
