Oh yeah - we’re planning on doing that. And it will be in the lee of our woods, just out of the range of the trees :~) I think we’ll know more about how much it rocks and rolls after the first storm, and then maybe we’ll tie it down if needed. I know I sat in Becky’s motorhome that isn’t a lot bigger. in about 50 mph winds, and it rocked a little, but like a boat in a harbor, it was actually kind of fun. :~)

Meant to tell you all...G’nad had his MRI last week in St. Louis. They said there were no changes from the last one. So, good news! They put his chemo back a week though because he is scheduled to get his knee scoped on Wed. He has a torn meniscus...something you might get from say a tractor injury. It will be a fairly easy surgery and recovery. Thank you all for your continued prayers for my family.

Ah - very good news. :~) What a tough guy, knee surgery being a minor thing!

Wonderful news, Mrsnad!! Praise the Lord!

That’s a shame about the knee, but still...that’s not too bad considering a TRACTOR ran over him! I’m glad it’ll be an easy fix.

We processed the first TLC’s...(That’s what we call the rabbits in the grow-out cage...it stand for “Tastes Like Chicken”.) Spotlessly clean carcasses...we’re very pleased.

Well, I put my DR display up again this past Sunday and the same guy came back. This time the whole scenario was different. He didn’t sign up to go with us, but every time someone would show an interest, he would encourage them to sign up! He kinda positioned himself like he was working with me!

It was truly hysterically funny. I didn’t mind having him there in the least...he didn’t hurt anything and couldn’t answer any of the more specific questions people asked...but he listened very carefully when I spoke. Like he was deeply intrigued.

For example, when I told one person that I was involved with the medical aspect of Southern Baptist DR, and that to be involved in that aspect you had to be a member of the Medical Reserve Corps and be cleared by Homeland Security, out of the corner of my eye, I could see him looking a bit astonished! Really tickled me.

Anyway...I got 12 people signed up to go to the training! That means we get to take the bigger (and nicer) van.

Good for Paul Giamatti! He’s a pretty good actor; we’ve seen him in some really varied roles, and he’s done well in all of them. We only saw the third episode of “John Adams”, because we had a free HBO preview that week. We’ll have to get the series from Netflix.

That’s an amazing turnout! I’d read that it was a lot of elderly folks, too. I’m hoping that some who might have voted Democrat in the past, might like what they hear from McCain-Palin and vote Repub. this time. Florida will be a BIG state to win!

Isn’t it somebody’s birthday today? And something about a tree and fireworks?
