I totally concur with the ranking of the Basinji.
Those dogs are DUMBASS dumb.
Some friends had some, and they loved to “go outside”, and would run to the back door whenever you said those words.
They were in the front yard (outside), and the friend said “go outside” to the dogs. They ran in the open front door, ran to the back door, and whined excitedly for someone to open it so they could “go outside”.
One of them died and the other didn’t notice.

OK. I have to defend our basenjis!!! We’ve owned five and when our female died, her mate, Chammie, grieved as did her three daughters. They are very smart sighthounds and are used for hunting in Africa.
