Help! I've had dozens of these. They will not stop popping up. If you can help, thank you in advance. If you can't, don't feel bad I couldn't help myself.
What does the message say, the image is too small to read.
Can’t really tell what it is, more info please?
This error report includes:information regarding the condition of firefox.exe when the problem occurred; the operating system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Product ID, which could be used to identify your license; and the Internet Protocol [IP] address of your computer.
Blah, blah, blah. I think what I posted is the root of the problem. All the rest is about not giving out info......
As soon as I saw the picture after posting I saw it couldn’t be read.
Then your evil plan worked because I don’t. lol
Firefox crashed and it’s asking you to send an error report to them?
It says, "If you can read this, you're sitting too close to the monitor."

I have sent them the error report-dozens of times already. It continues to crash.
Somewhere in preferences you can turn off reporting. You might want to reinstall, and when doing so do a custom install, and uncheck to install the crash reporting.
I’m not a techie but if it were my PC I think I would delete all internet cookies and history, then uninstall Firefox, then re-install the latest version of Firefox.....

go to majorgeeks.com and get slimbrouser. (Its free)
I do not have that kind of thing happen with slimbrouser.
I have Firefox also, but prefer slimbrouser.
No, mn, it's different than what you posted. Now that I'm on IE I don't have the particulars.
Are you logged on? Need a shower?
I would start by deleting or uninstalling any Firefox add-ons or themes you might have.
If that don’t work then you could uninstall and then reinstall Firefox.
In the picture it looks like you have Yahoo and Google toolbars. Since they aren’t necessary you might delete them using the Control Panel.
Wow, IE is sure different. On FF I could copy at the top of the page, with IE I had to copy with the mouse button.
Back on topic. Even if I uncheck to install crash reporting - won't it still crash just not send them a report?
