In most areas, it’s been a long, long time. Pepsi products usually do come from a regional plant “under the authority of” Pepsico.

Just about all major soft drink brands, including Coke and Pepsi, are bottled by franchisees and have been for several decades.

Most pop manufacturers don’t bottle their own products regionally.

I’ve gotta tell the Southrons out there that Mexican Coca-Cola is superior to their Coca-Cola. That’s just the way it is.

Companies like Coca-Cola have for many years sold the syrup to their approved bottlers who add water and sugar.

Pretty much since they started, it’s been bottled locally by whoever has the contract.
Isn’t Pepsi owned by some wahabi radical group anyway? And gives money to liberal causes like mad?
Why support terrorism?

That’s because it is made with actual sugar.
Certain “Kosher Coke” types are also sugar (or used to be).

It is like getting a Coke from 1961 . Pay no attention to the 355 ml mark or you will be unceremoniously hurled back to your present time period .
