I think her ‘before’ picture was taken right after she had a baby (using my ‘mom’ skillz thats how it looks to me). But...NutriSystem, Jenny Craig, etc., any of those buy the meal plan diets are soooooo over priced. Honest. Go to the supermarket and buy three meals a day of Lean Cuisine, Weight Watcher, Healthy Choice. Add in a fruit and salad selection for each day (same supermarket trip). And eat only the three, pre-measured meals, your added salad and peice of fruit. You will lose weight. There. That’s the NutriSystem in brief. I just saved you $400.
Very true. I've lost 30 lbs in about 2-3 months eating Lean Cuisine meals. I could've lost more but I LOVE Prime Rib, pasta, chicken, and other stuff, so I cheated too often. Now I'm getting more serious 'cause I'm going on my first cruise in June...Hoping to drop another 25 lbs.
