I could've lost more but I LOVE Prime Rib, pasta, chicken, and other stuff, so I cheated too often. Now I'm getting more serious 'cause I'm going on my first cruise in June...Hoping to drop another 25 lbs.
Good for you!!! Congrats!!! The prime rib, and chicken (high in protein, looow in carbs) won't hurt...but I hear you on the 'other stuff.' You have great will power, though to stick with it for three months. The beauty of the Lean Cuisine is that they are trully portion controlled...small portions (but, hey...that's what makes ya lose the weight) and (like Lucy said about Vitmeataveggiemin)...'they're tasty too!'
Keep up the good work...and enjoy that cruise (I'm jealous!!!)
