An update on my previous thread.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2003845/posts
My buddy called me today, he said the head of Quality made an announcement at their operations meeting this morning.
He said they were in the process of hiring a new inspector and hoped to have him on board in early May.
He also stated he was a former co-worker of ---- (My friend).
Thank you all for the concern, advice and most of all prayers.
Nothing in stone but things are really looking up!
Special thanks to all that freepmailed me with job opportunities and my long time friends, Allegra, jellybean and Jim Robinson.
Funny, Jim is one of the only Freepers I've met.
Love you all!!!!
FReegards, Yankee.

Praise God!!! Thank you for the update. Prayers continue...

"Alexandra is adorable!"Thanks Allegra, good thing she's in bed. Everyone tells her that.
I think she's getting a big head, they all call her princess at school.
Off subject, part of her homework tonight was to measure everyone at home and she's up to 48 3/4 inches.
She's five, seems kinda tall for her age.

Thanks Jim, hope all is going well.
Here's a photo for everyone to enjoy, I took it last year in Maine.
We all need a nice sunset.

The only one as funny as you is pissant. There's a compliment in there somewhere, I'm sure.

I’d need a backhoe to find it.

LOL at the live birth thread you linked to. :-) My husband didn’t bring a laptop, but he did sit there watching Star Trek on cable after delivery. (Oh, and I worked 2nd shift, too... until our third was born.) ;-)

We thank You, O Lord, for the many people and the many ways in which You are meeting the needs of Yankee and his family. Your Word tells us that if You take such care in clothing the flowers of the field, then how much more regard do You have for meeting our every need. Let the people Praise You, O God, let all the people Praise You. Amen ...
