****Everybody knows the FBI-CIA-Mafia-George Bush-U.S. Army killed JFK. Just ask Oliver Stone.****

JFK was killed by a bunch of gay republicans who did not like Cuba. It's in the JFK movie. Even J R Ewing was in on it ( see Stone's Nixon movie).

It's "Venona". The guilt of the Rosenbergs and Alger Hiss was pretty firmly nailed down without the Venona decrypts. Venona just removes any shred of doubt.

Since the guilt of the Rosenbergs (as defined by statute) has been proven beyond any doubt what is left for their defenders? That bigger fish got away? That they were morally and intellectually superior human beings and therefore not bound by the laws of a government established by slave-holding White males? (This is known in law as the Kathleen Soliah defense.)

The Left's Facorite Cute Couple

The Rosenbergs' execution is sometimes counted as a political blunder. These people ignore the rage at those who deliberately betrayed their own country, after 300,000 young men had been killed fighting a similar tyranny,

Yeah, if you believe that Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President Kennedy.

I've never been one for conspiracy theories, but that Kennedy was killed by the mafia for double-crossing them always seemed more plausible to me than Oswald as the assassin.

The mafia is a business. Killing the president is bad for business.

Venona, right. I checked it twice and still typed it wrong, thanks.

I guess it’s understandable that their children have never been able to confront the fact that their parents preferred to make orphans of them rather than rat out their Communist co-conspirators.

So Oswald was framed? --- just like the Rosenburgs? ;~))

I didn't mean to say that Oswald was innocent, rather that he wasn't alone...

Actually, they probably would have been spared if they merely apologized. They maintained an arrogant, condescending attitude that mitigated against clemency. Mostly Ethel. Julius was probably just henpecked.

This piece was produced for 2003 to counter what the History Channel aired on the assassination for the 40th anniversary. They had 3 segments one about a friend of Oswald in New Orleans, LBJ, and a detroit employee who witnessed the limo brought back there to be rebuilt.

The History Channel was forced to apologize for airing them, and broadcast, DVD sales were halted. These were the last segments of the long ‘Men Who Killed Kennedy’ series, which I think were much more accurate than the Jennings Beyond Conspiracy that they are forced to air now.

***I recently watched The Kennedy Assassination: Beyond Conspiracy (on the History Channel). The computerized recreation of the Zapruder film makes a compelling argument that Oswald was the only shooter.***

I didn't mean to say that Oswald was innocent, rather that he wasn't alone...

If you ever stood in that window in Dallas, you would know that he could have done it all alone just as he almost did to General Walker a few weeks earlier. For anyone who ever handled a deer rifle, it was an easy kill.

A window frame saved Walker. Oswald had a clear shot at Kennedy. He didn't need any help and in his psycho mind, he had all the justification in the world.

Marxism was his motivation, mental illness was the reason. But I'm being redundant.

Well I don't want to rehash the whole conspiracy debate all over again. But now I have to ask:

Forced by whom to apologize?
Forced by whom to air Beyond Conspiracy now?

Are the conspiracy buffs suggesting that the limo was rebuilt to move Connally six inches to the left and a few inches lower in order to disprove the Magic Bullet theory?

The whole issue is rapidly becoming moot anyway. I had that excellent Photoshop parody of Oswald being shot (Patsy and the Conspirators; Oswald on vocals, Jack Ruby on lead guitar) in my cube at one point. A co-worker in her late 20s didn't get the reference to one of the most defining images of the Boomer generation. (Yes, I felt old.)

I suspect the Kennedy assassination has no more relevance to the Gen Xers than the Lindbergh kidnapping does to Boomers.

Why they stopped with the Rosenbergs is beyond me.

If you want some very detailed information concerning multiple shooters read "Best Evidence" by David S Lipton.

The focus of the book is JFK's body.

Glamor and celebrity worship. Contrast the public image of the quiet older Eisenhowers and the younger party life of the Kennedys.

“If you want some very detailed information concerning multiple shooters read “Best Evidence” by David S Lipton.”

I have the first edition and the second edition that published the autopsy photos. In the company of a mutual friend, I also had dinner with David Lifton in 1986. I always felt that Oswald acted alone but after hearing Lifton speak for the entire evening I wasn’t so sure and have found myself wavering between the two camps ever since.

After listening to him over dinner, as one would expect, the question of “who did it?” arose. He also shared his theory on that, building a compelling case with the facts he cited. To this day still it still has me wondering.

Also a great book called Case Closed (author's name slips my mind) that comes to the same conclusion -- that Oswald was the lone shooter. What seals the deal for me is the fact that the early conspiracy theories were all put forward by leftists, with the intent take the heat off their fellow traveller Oswald.

How interesting that must have been - having dinner with David Lipton and hearing his views on "Who did it"

Care to share what he said?
