Why would the FBI have this tape? Is it because of who the man is? How did the FBI get a copy? Does J. Edgar Hoover show up in the credits as 'producer'?

have you ever met and fbi agent? Get to know one and you'll understand why they have it and many other tapes like it. Perhaps if they didn't have a library of theses tapes they may have had time to focus on threats to the USA back in 2000.
