When he's bad, he's good, and when he tries to to be good, he's very bad.

Does that make me Mae West or something??? ;-))

I slept almost 8 hours last night!
Might be because I’ve had the five year old twins since noon yesterday.
Must get them to pre-school by 8AM. Need some more caffeine first!

I’m here..Good Morning Dawn Patrol.

Just saw F&F “The Gloves are Off”. Saw a bit of the Great Debate last evening and it seemed they had been given the questions in advance. If the gloves are off, from what I saw last evening, clinton and nobama are using powder puffs against one another?

We will be in Waco today. This AM I need to have my hearing checked and my hearing aids worked on. Then it will be a day of shopping. See y’all later.

From your AM Spec link...

Gibson reminded Obama that more than a year ago he asked Wright not to attend the announcement of his candidacy, reportedly telling his long-time pastor, "You can get kind of rough in sermons. So, what we've decided is that it's best for you not to be out there in public." Gibson then asked Obama why, knowing Wright was "rough in sermons," it took him more than a year to distance himself from the remarks.

Obama responded unconvincingly, saying that even though he had a close relationship with Wright that spanned decades, it wasn't until he read an article in Rolling Stone that he found out that the reverend had delivered inflammatory sermons, and that it wasn't until he saw YouTube clips that he was aware of Wright's even more explosive comments.

But in last month's highly touted race speech, Obama said: "Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes."

So which is it?

Gibson wins with a knockout.

You should have seen our family gatherings. I have six stepdaughters who went through their teens in the late 60’s/early 70’s, and half at least are liberal; and the eldest is married to an avowed socialist. They alway had to inject politics (liberal, of course) into every conversation.
