I suffered through two hours of the “Compassion Forum” last night. One striking ommission: there were NO QUESTIONS FROM CATHOLICS. In fact, I didn’t even SEE a Catholic priest.
One would think that with the Holy Father’s arrival tomorrow, CNN could have found at least ONE Catholic priest. Nope. They did find a bunch of those liberal “evangelicals” (including my former Methodist pastor) but not one Catholic priest (or Orthodox, for that matter).
That IS amazing. I hope you’re not the only one who notices or will point this out. It needs to be made overwhelmingly clear, and perhaps the omission was done with the consent of Hillary and O?
That seems so blatant.
As a poster remarked, "Gee, what a fun funeral..."

Good Morning Everyone. It was a col 44 degrees this AM when I checked and now it’s up to 50 degrees. No wind, yet.
It’s another beautiful, cool morning in S. TX till.
And a good morning from the left coast. We suddenly had some very high temperatures (90’s) in some areas. Hope to get a little cooling.
So far this morning, I have re-scheduled a teting at a parents request, completed an interview, had breakfast, read two blogs, and I am tired.
I can't do this much longer. My weeks have been 50+ hours long since breaking my ankle because MR HOB brings me to work and picked me up. This past week, I worked on Sat. for 3.5 hrs, and on Sunday for 2.5 hours. I am tired.
The testing on Sunday was after church when the kneelers MR HOB and I donated were dedicated. It was a sweet time during the service when the new wall hangings and new alter cloths were dedicated.
So glad to hear of the partying going on between DollyCali, Molly Pitcher and hubby and lysie and hubby! Sounds like a great time you all had!
MM, gosh you sure are busy with your ebay sales! How do you keep yourself organized?

That’s nice to hear, usually your temperatures, down there, are a bit warmer than up here. The wind had picked up, and as soon as Roomey gets himself organized, we’re going to play a little golf. I’m going out to the back yard and check on the garden, see what’s beginning to grow.
lysie, that is a yummy breakfast. I had my oats this am, before 0800. I’m back dieting....hopefully it sticks, or should I say shrinks something.
Sounds like fun - going to the golf course.
Be sure to watch a C-Span re-run of McCain's interview this morning. He acquitted himself very well...the best I have ever heard him speak. (I don't say that lightly since I have had some qualms about him before this.)

After enjoying 70s and even one 80 degree day last week, I woke up this morning to 35 degrees...brrr.
Healing takes a tremendous amount of the body’s energy HOB. Can you schedule yourself some extra rest times?

I’m beginning to wash windows today and boy, are they dirty! It’s a thankless job because it won’t be long until they look like they haven’t been washed at all.
