Haven't looked at the link, but I suspect you are watching a demonstration of a certain technique that involves pushing the nads back up the tube that they descended in shortly after birth and then taping up the area to stop them from descending during combat.

It kind of does make you immune to being kicked in the balls if yours are up inside you.
