You didn’t miss much, the race was pretty boring. It’s those dang COT’s or dump trucks as they’re called. No real racing on the big tracks unless Nascar changes something and they better do it quick.

Texas was usually a pretty enjoyable race, but the COT just dulls it up now. Matt led 60 laps and wouldn’ve won if he kept it going.....seems like with the new car, clean air is everything, whoever manages to get out front has pretty much been able to run away with it so far at the intermediate tracks. There hardly seemed to be any battle for the lead, and the drivers still seem to hate driving the new cars.

The drivers should go on strike and say “If I wanted to drive a tank, I’d join the Army.”

We may well be experiencing a ‘load leveling’ that may make it cheaper for teams to participate but also change the racing itself to the point where the racing is less exciting..

We’ll see soon enough, we are “All In” as they say in poker ..

I have heard almost every driver complain about the car now, even the ones who manage to get out front and run away with the race.
