I'm still trying to figure out why the “new posts to you” glows constantly red — whether there are new posts there or not.

You can push the button at the top to "mark all read" or go to your account and change the preferences to auto clear.

Thanks.....I was having the same problem (permanent red) till I happened on your post here. Spending too much time each morning trying to figure out the reconfiguration mystery of the day.
