The world is a little darker today.
Maybe we can all rent “Breakin 2- Electronic Boogaloo” this weekend.

Freshy Freeze was awesome!!
(And congrats on winning that contest!)
I like watching break dancers, poppers and such. It’s just amazing what they can do with their bodies.

I heard that he was doing a robot, then slid into an atomic dead man drop and then immediatley free styled it into a rump bumper. Thats when tradgedy occured!

Actually, I understand it came from Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian blend of martial art, game, and dance created by enslaved Africans in Brazil during the 16th Century.

If you haven’t seen it, rent “School Daze” for the step show scenes. Very cool moves.

Capoeira styles weren’t absorbed until After the first group of B-Boys such as Freshy Freeze, were already celebrities.
I got a confession too, I’m in a few of Rock Steady’s VHS’s as an audience member, I always pushed myself up to the front of the crowd when they performed.

Cool, I’ll check it out.
And I meant “Frosty Freeze” not “Freshy Freeze” (I had our local eatery on my mind).
